United Nations Mazrak Refugee Camp; Yemen, 2008

Yemeni women and children tend to a fire in the UN-serviced IDP camp at Mazrak, north Yemen. Many IDPs initially fled into Saudi, hearing of generous monthly payments to the war displaced, only to be sent back into Yemen by the Saudi authorities, who fear instability from a wave of Yemeni refugees.
