Hundreds Protest in Toronto Over Israeli Action in Gaza, August 2014
Hundreds gathered in Toronto to protest the Israeli military action in Gaza. The protests were on the second day of an Israeli ground offensive that pushed the death toll in Gaza to over 330 people.
The protests in Toronto were held across from the Israeli Consulate. The crowd gathered in front of the Royal Ontario Museum with signs like “Gaza needs more than our prayers.”
